Founded in 2007 by Sydney salon owner Jose Bryce Smith, O&M was created to challenge traditional hair colour and haircare - putting health, performance, and responsibility first.

Why We Chose to Eliminate PPD

The health of hairdressers and their clients has long been at risk. Studies show 4.5% of dermatology patients test positive for contact allergy to PPD, a common oxidative hair dye ingredient linked to allergic contact dermatitis.
